Aleksandra Rendak (b. 1989) - graduated with a degree in anthropology in literature and culture from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Her experience with graphic design began with informal courses - since then she has devoted much of her time to it. She creates drawings, paintings, designs projects, occasionally plays the piano, and is hoping to learn more about printing typography techniques. She works as a graphic designer at JCC Warsaw and is co-creator of a few visual projects at JCC Krakow.

The posters of Aleksandra Rendak depict contemporary Jewish community from a new perspective. The distinctive soft lines and warm colors are an effort to improve and refresh the image of Jewish culture. The traditional themes of her works are key elements of the ongoing change of contemporary image of the Jewish community and its institutions.

The exhibition JCC@JCC by Aleksandra Rendak is the first in a series titled "Ż-ART/J-ART", which displays works of contemporary young artists connected to the Jewish community and Jewish art and designed in Poland.
