A meeting with experts Professor Jan Hartman and Rabbi Avi Baumol. Led by Alicja Beryt

Must Jews believe in God? Or perhaps obeying religious law is more important than faith? Is the practice of Judaism in the absence of belief in the existence of God not a paradox?

Hajnt, meaning "today” in Yiddish, is a lecture program initiated by JCC Warsaw. This lecture series is a forum for representatives of different disciplines to discuss the Jewish view on modern world issues. The format of this series will be expert debates between professionals from various fields and rabbis.

In the meeting "Judaism and Atheism" experts Professor Jan Hartman, the philosopher and bioethicist lecturer at Jagiellonian University, and Rabbi Avi Baumol, the Rabbinic Representative of the Chief Rabbi of Poland will discuss this thought-provoking topic.
